Application Process and Rental Deposit
We will contact you within three business days of receipt of your email. We require a non-refundable "Rental Deposit" (via check, money order, or credit card). If first choice dates are not available, we will let you know which alternate dates we can confirm. Rental Deposit is $200 ($300 if renting for more than one week).
Policy on Deposits and Refunds
A. Rental Deposit. After dates are confirmed, you will be mailed a Rental Agreement to be signed and returned. If you choose to cancel the booking, the Rental Deposit will not be refunded. Half of rental rate is due eight weeks prior to first confirmed date. Balance is due one month prior. Cancellations must be made one month prior to first confirmed date for no additional penalty to be incurred. Cancel schedule:

B. Damage Deposit. A refundable Damage Deposit of $500 is due two weeks in advance. Provided there is no damage, this money will be refunded in full. You can pay this via check, money order or credit card. If using a credit card, an authorization in the amount of $500 will be secured. Deposit will be released two-four weeks after rental is complete (depending upon credit card company policy).
